DevOps & Cloud Lead

Role Summary

We are seeking a DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure Lead to oversee container orchestration, local server deployments, and automated PostgreSQL backup routines across Ethiopian data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Docker and Kubernetes clusters on-premise and in local cloud environments.
• Establish Prometheus and Grafana 24/7 monitoring dashboards with automated alerting.
• Implement zero-downtime rolling deployment CI/CD pipelines.
• Harden server security in compliance with National Bank cybersecurity directives.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Linux server administration, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience managing PostgreSQL replication and off-site backup schedules.
