Sisay Biruk is the Co-founder and COO of Zemen Technologies. Sisay leads enterprise project deployments, commercial alignment, and operational efficiency across the firm. He specializes in integrating local financial ecosystems, establishing secure compliance architectures, and seamlessly weaving local payment frameworks—such as Telebirr, Chapa, and CBE Birr—into robust technological products.
