Mobile Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for a Mobile Software Engineer to build offline-first iOS and Android applications tailored for low-connectivity environments across Ethiopia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop cross-platform mobile apps using React Native or Flutter.
• Implement local SQLite / RxDB database storage and background sync engines.
• Integrate Telebirr H5 payment checkout windows and biometric PIN login.
• Optimize low-bandwidth delta network payloads.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience building production React Native or Flutter applications.
• Deep understanding of mobile state management and local database caching.
• Familiarity with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) module bridges is a plus.
